What Should Your Marketing Team Actually Give to AI?
A good handoff includes context, constraints and a clear definition of success. The same applies when the next contributor is an AI tool.
Give it the working context
Share the goal, audience situation, approved brand rules, format and evidence the task needs. Use only information your team is permitted to share, and remove unnecessary personal details. More information is not automatically more useful context.
Delegate a bounded task
Ask for three draft openings, a research summary with sources or an adaptation of approved copy. Describe what must stay unchanged and what may vary. Quiet's saved brand profile reduces the context you need to repeat for each task.
Keep an accountable reviewer
Assign a person to check facts, brand fit and the final decision. Record useful edits so the next brief improves. Treat generated work as a contribution to the process, with the same care you would give any other draft.
