quiet. is a Low-Key Loud product, operated by Amal P S, registered at Avilion, Sea View Ward 688012, 688012, Alappuzha Bazar SO, Kerala. GSTIN: Not GST-registered. In these terms, we and us mean that entity, and you means the person who accepted them — and, where you accepted them on behalf of a business, that business as well.
Reach us at hello@lowkeyloud.co for anything about the service, billing included, and at privacy@lowkeyloud.co for data questions.
quiet. is a subscription tool that helps a brand define itself and produce material: a brand profile and brand kit, audience and competitor research, audits, strategies and campaign plans, copy, and generated images and video in Studio. You work inside a workspace, which can have several members with different roles.
Almost everything the product shows you is generated by AI. That is set out in the AI Content Notice, and §8 below says what it means for this agreement.
Three documents apply together, and accepting these terms accepts all three:
Where a document conflicts with these terms on money, these terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy win.
You need an account, and to have one you must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. If you are signing up for a business, you confirm you are allowed to commit it.
A workspace belongs to the person or organisation that created it. Owners and admins decide who is in it, what role each member holds, and which features each member can reach. If you own or administer a workspace, you are responsible for what its members do in it and for what goes into it.
Everything in a workspace is visible to its members, according to their role. Publishing a brand kit creates a link that anyone holding it can open without signing in, so treat a published kit as public. How many workspaces you may own at once depends on your plan.
Do not use quiet. to:
You are also bound by the terms of the AI providers behind the output. In practice that means the same list: no illegal material, no impersonation, nothing that misleads about whether a person or a machine made it.
What you put in is yours. Your brand profile answers, uploads, guidelines, briefs and prompts stay yours. We claim no ownership of your brand, your name, your marks or your material.
What comes out is yours too. As between you and us, you own the outputquiet. generates for you — the brand kit, the research, the copy, the images and the video — and you may use it commercially. We do not claim ownership of it and we do not licence it to anyone else.
Two honest limits on that. First, we can transfer only what we have: AI output is not always original, similar prompts can produce similar results for other people, and no copyright can be guaranteed in machine-generated material in every country. Second, output built on something you did not have the right to use does not become yours because a model touched it.
You give us the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, send it to the AI providers listed in the Privacy Policy to produce output, show it to the members of your workspace, and serve any share link you publish. That permission exists to operate quiet. and for nothing else. We do not use your workspace content to train our own models, and we do not use it in marketing without asking you first.
The quiet. name, the app itself, its design and its code remain ours.
Output is generated by machine, can be wrong, and must be reviewed before you publish it. The AI Content Notice sets that out in full, and it applies to this agreement without being repeated here.
The part that matters contractually: the decision to publish is always yours. We are not the publisher of anything you take out of quiet., and we are not responsible for the consequences of publishing it unchecked.
A paid upgrade takes effect after payment and starts a new month, replacing the remaining period and monthly Studio credits without a prorated refund. Purchased credits remain. Renewals and paid downgrades start at the end of the period you have already paid for. A manual payment for that future month is taken at checkout; AutoPay charges on the scheduled date. Cancel any existing AutoPay before starting a different plan or payment mode.
Studio generations are paid for in credits. There are two kinds, and the difference matters:
Spending always draws on monthly credits first, so you never lose a top-up credit you could have kept. A generation is charged when it is submitted, and if it fails the credits go back to the bucket that paid for them automatically.
Credits are an internal unit of account. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred between workspaces or sold, and what one generation costs can change when the underlying model price changes — we price a generation from what it actually costs us to produce.
Each plan includes a set number of runs of each feature per billing period — analyses, audits, playbooks, assistant messages, copy generations, brand kit runs, profile extractions — alongside its credits. Counters are per workspace and per period.
When an allowance is spent, the next request is refused rather than charged. Nothing breaks: everything already in your workspace stays readable and editable, and the allowance returns at the start of the next period. You can upgrade to raise it, buy top-up credits for Studio, or wait. On Free, allowances are one-time and do not return.
The limits exist because each run costs us real money at an AI provider. We may adjust them, and we may contact you if one account's use is far outside what the plan was priced for. We would rather move you to the right plan than quietly throttle you.
You can cancel AutoPay in Settings → Billing, or contact hello@lowkeyloud.co from the address on your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep the plan until then; we do not refund the unused part of a period you have started, except in the cases the refund policy sets out.
The Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of these terms and governs everything else about refunds — including that top-up credits are non-refundable, that monthly credits expire unrefunded at period end, and how to ask for a refund and how quickly we answer.
Cancelling does not delete anything. Your workspace, its content and any top-up credits stay where they are on the Free tier. Deleting an account or a workspace is a separate, deliberate act you carry out in Settings, and it cannot be undone — the Privacy Policy explains exactly what it does.
We may suspend or close an account or a workspace if:
Except where the breach is serious or we have no choice, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. A suspended or cancelled workspace keeps read access to what it has already made; it cannot generate anything new.
You can stop using quiet. whenever you like. If we close your account without cause, we refund the unused part of the period you have paid for.
We may also retire quiet. altogether. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice, time to take your material out, and a refund of any period you have paid for beyond the closing date.
quiet. is developed continuously. Features are added, changed and sometimes withdrawn, and the AI models behind them are replaced as better or cheaper ones appear — which means output for the same input can differ over time. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not promise a particular uptime, and maintenance, a provider outage or a rate limit at a provider can interrupt it.
Keep your own copy of anything you rely on. Download it rather than treating quiet. as your only record.
The service is provided as it is. Beyond what these terms say and what the law requires, we make no warranties — express or implied — about merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In particular, we do not warrant that:
Nothing quiet. produces is legal, financial, medical or professional advice.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost or corrupted data, business interruption, or indirect or consequential loss, however it arises. Our total liability to you for all claims connected with the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you are on the Free tier, that figure is zero, and our liability to you is limited accordingly.
You are responsible for what you publish. If someone brings a claim against us because of content you put into quiet. or published from it — because it infringed their rights, or broke the law — you will cover the reasonable cost of defending and settling it.
When these terms change materially, we bump the version at the top of this page and ask you to accept the new one the next time you open quiet.. You will not lose access to what you have made if you decline, but you will not be able to keep using the service under the old terms — cancel instead, and the refund policy applies as usual.
Every acceptance is kept on record with its version, so what you agreed to and when is never overwritten. Minor corrections that do not change your rights may be made without a new version.
These terms are governed by [GOVERNING LAW — TO BE FILLED], and [COURTS WITH EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION — TO BE FILLED] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Before going to court, please write to hello@lowkeyloud.co — most things are settled faster that way.
