AI Content Notice

Version 2026-08-01 · Last updated 1 August 2026

quiet. is an AI product. Almost everything it shows you is generated by a large language or image model rather than written by a person. This notice sets out what that means for you, and you accept it when you create your account.

01What is AI-generated

Assume that anything the app produces for you is machine-generated, including:

  • Audience profiles, personas and channel recommendations.
  • Competitor research, positioning, strengths and weaknesses, and market-radar summaries.
  • Brand kits (palette, typography, photography direction) and the digest of any brand-guidelines document you upload.
  • Audits, strategies and campaign plans.
  • Studio images, video, slides, captions and copy.
  • Brand Assistant replies and clarifying questions.

02It can be wrong

Generative models produce plausible text and images, not verified facts. Output may be inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, or confidently wrong. This is especially true of competitor claims, statistics, citations, prices and market descriptions. Web citations point to sources we did not write and do not endorse.

Nothing quiet. generates is legal, financial, medical or professional advice.

03You review before you publish

You decide what leaves the app. Before you publish, print or run anything as an advertisement, you are responsible for:

  • Checking the facts, particularly any claim about your product, your prices, or a competitor.
  • Advertising and consumer law: substantiating claims, disclosures, and any AI-labelling rules that apply in your market.
  • Third-party rights: trademarks, copyrighted styles or characters, and the likeness of real people. Do not upload reference material you have no right to use.
  • Your own brand and tone: generated work is a starting point, not a final approval.

04What leaves the app to generate it

To produce output we send your inputs and the surrounding brand context to third-party AI providers: Anthropic for text, fal.ai for images and video, and Tavily for live web research. That includes your profile answers, brand-guideline text, audience and competitor data, briefs, prompts, uploaded reference media, and assistant messages.

We do not use your workspace content to train our own models. Providers process it under their API terms, which do not permit training on API inputs by default. The Privacy Policy sets out the full picture, including where it is stored.

Keep payment-card numbers, government identifiers, health data and other special-category personal data out of prompts and uploads.

05Originality and ownership

Generative models can produce similar output for different people from similar prompts. We cannot guarantee that anything generated is unique, nor that it is free of resemblance to existing work, and copyright in purely machine-generated material is unsettled in many countries. If a piece of output matters commercially, have it checked before you rely on it exclusively.

As between you and us, your inputs and the output generated for your workspace are yours to use, subject to the AI providers' own terms.

06Limits and cost controls

Generation is rate limited per workspace, and features are enabled per member by your workspace admins. AI providers occasionally refuse a request or return nothing usable; when that happens the app degrades gracefully rather than inventing a result.

07Changes

We may change the models and providers behind these features. If this notice changes materially, we bump its version and ask you to accept the new one the next time you open quiet..
