How to Build a Content Calendar With AI
A calendar becomes useful when every entry has a purpose, an owner and a realistic path to completion. Filling dates is the easy part.
Set your actual capacity
Start with the number of pieces your team can review and finish each week. Account for visuals, revisions and approvals. Ask AI for a schedule within that capacity, including preparation time for more involved pieces.
Give each entry a brief
Include the audience question, key message, format, evidence and desired next step. A title alone leaves too many decisions until production. In Quiet, develop the idea and save the resulting work before organising it in Calendar.
Review the rhythm
Check for variety across education, proof and promotion. Keep a weekly review to move unfinished work and replace weak ideas. Calendar planning and tracking do not replace the separate step of publishing to your channels.
