How to Make AI-Generated Content Sound Like Your Brand

Voice is easier to repeat when you describe the choices behind it. Friendly, confident and authentic are a start, but they rarely tell a writer what to do with a sentence.

Use examples with annotations

Choose three pieces of writing that sound like your brand. Explain why each works: short openings, concrete language, restrained humour or a direct invitation. Add an example that feels wrong and explain the difference.

Write rules people can apply

Turn those observations into instructions. Say whether you use contractions, how you address the reader and which claims need evidence. Save the rules in your brand context so each new draft begins with the same direction.

Edit for recognition

Read a draft without its logo or brand name. Ask what would identify it as yours. Replace generic praise with a specific observation, and remove phrases your team would never say aloud. Feed useful corrections back into the guidelines.
